Digital Outreach Workers Campaign 2026–2027
Digital Outreach Workers (DOWs) are trained professionals supervised by the Virtual Guardians Foundation. They use digital platforms such as Twitch.TV to provide confidential, one-on-one support to young people. This service is free. The program launched in April 2023.
