The Digital Outreach Workers (DOW) are trained professionals supervised by the Virtual Guardians Foundation (VGF). They use digital platforms such as Twitch.TV to provide confidential, individualized support to young people. This free service primarily reaches youth aged 14 to 25. The project launched in April 2023.
